Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for FocusGrove paid plans (Premium and AI Pro). By subscribing, you agree to this policy along with our Terms of Service.

2. Subscription Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly (or as otherwise stated at purchase). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account or payment settings; cancellation will stop future charges but will not refund the current period.

3. Refund Eligibility

We may offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Service failure: If we are unable to provide the paid features (e.g., prolonged outage, critical defect) and you contact us within a reasonable time, we may issue a full or partial refund for the affected billing period.
  • Duplicate or erroneous charge: If you were charged in error or twice for the same period, we will refund the duplicate or erroneous amount.

We are not obligated to refund:

  • Charges for periods where the Service was available and used.
  • Requests made after the billing period has ended (except for duplicate/erroneous charges or service failure, as above).

4. How to Request a Refund

Submit your refund request using our contact form (choose “General contact”) and include:

  • The email address associated with your FocusGrove account.
  • The date and amount of the charge (or a copy of the receipt).
  • A short explanation of the reason for the request.

We will review your request and respond within a reasonable time. If we approve a refund, it will be credited to the original payment method; processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period; no further charges will be made. We do not prorate refunds for partial months.

6. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of paid features after changes constitutes acceptance. For significant changes, we may notify you by email or in-product.
